SU Demo Fun Fold Card Blog Hop

Here is my May 2025 Fun Fold card.

I created a Desk Catty with a calendar and note pad on an easel card.

This was fun to make.

For this card I used the Woven Textures DSP. The card base is Crumb Cake, 4-1/4″ x 11″, scored at 2-3/4″ & 5-1/2″. Inside the card, there is a 4″ x 5-1/4″ mat in Mossy Meadow. There is also a Basic White mat measuring 3-3/4″ x 5″. On the Basic White mat I stamped 3 circle images from the Textures Notes stamp set in Basic Grey.

For the easel piece I cut a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Mossy Meadow. To that I adhered a piece of 3-3/4″ x 5″ Woven Textures DSP.

For the calendar, I cut a 2-3/8″ x 3-1/8″ piece of Mossy Meadow card stock centered & adhered the calendar. This unit was centered & adhered to the lower section, last fold of the front flap. I left a slight section unglued, at the top, to tuck in some foliage.

That was followed by stamping and fussy cutting 2 different leaf bunches. This foliage was tucked under and glued behind the calendar mat.

For the sentiment I stamped, in black, a sentiment from the Textures Notes stamp set. It was die cut with the Textured Notes dies. Using dimensionals it was affixed to the top of the easel panel.

I added a bow and 1 embellishment to finish the card.

The post-it notes where added on the bottom of card base to create the easel look.

Diagonal Cut Fun Fold Card

Below you will find the card I created for the hop. This card is called a Diagonal Cut Fun Fold.

The base card is Daffodil Delight cut at 4 1/4″ x 11″. I made a pencil mark at 1″ from the fold, on the top right flap. Then cut from that mark to the bottom left corner.

I cut a piece of On The Go DSP cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″. I made a pencil mark at 3/4″ on the right side of the DSP. Then cut from that mark to the bottom left of the DSP and cut.

I fussy cut a couple images from the DSP and used a tag from the same DSP.

I cut a piece of Basic white at 4″ x 5 1/4″. Again marked with a pencil at 3/4″ and cut to the bottom left.

I stamped the sentiment using Tags to Go stamp set. For embellishments I used 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls.
